I was not at all satisfied with the seller's advice, I bought my first electronic cigarette and I went home with lots of questions. I even know the autonomy of the cigarette. I asked the questions but the answers were short and vague. I regret buying it here.

Great store, lots of fantastic stuff and a very helpful & friendly salesman! He understood what I needed and recommended very good products. Don’t be fooled by their website which either does not display actual products in store or shows half of them out of stock. Definitely visit the store and you won’t be disappointed.

Following a defective purchase we returned to the store Home limit. Questioning the problem. 7 week purchase therefore under warranty. They refused to take the vaping machine back and repair it because we didn't have the box, which the boss failed to tell us when we purchased it. More expensive store after buying in another No advantage in this store

While I know I’m gonna be roasted for this review. But the gentleman at the store absolutely refused to let me buy anything unless I spoke in French. I did try to use the translate app and with what I could gather requested the person to sell me a vape. But alas it was “No French No Sale” for me. Felt really discriminated I mean it’s not like I didn’t try to speak French but for being here for just 2 days can’t really do much.

Not recommended at all since we were foreigners, the gentleman on his phone who didn't calculate for us for a minute, the lady asked the prices we took the product at the checkout it was a completely different price. They were just looking to sell and clear and finish with us in 2 minutes. It’s better to be nicer and more professional next time. So disappointed about this store…

I agree with the positive opinions regarding the friendliness of the sellers. However, I totally regret the lack of advice. Following my recent visit to the EC, I was not advised at all as to the dosage of nicotine corresponding to my consumption.
