I went to this store to buy some products. What was my surprise when I realized that my sample had been taken twice. 29.90€ I have been to the store twice since then to complain, I have been waiting for a month and a half for a refund which never comes.... The seller telling me that in "two weeks max it should be good".

I am scandalized by the fact that unused, closed and not even opened products are not refundable. This should be clarified! In addition, the store staff know absolutely nothing. We ask a question and they don't know how to answer it. I understand that they cannot have answers to everyone, but on very simple questions not knowing how to answer I still find it shameful. No commercial gesture either. Finally we ask for 3% nicotine as they have more offering us an over-dosage at 6% frankly really to avoid! And the products are very expensive, other brands in the same shopping center have much more correct prices and if they know a lot about what they sell to their customers.
